Total Support
We charge per machine on a monthly basis as listed below, we have two levels of support package, Silver and Gold
Silver gives you:- 24/7 Remote, Telephone and Email Support
Gold gives you:- Silver plus Unlimited on site support, 7am to 7pm Seven Days a Week plus Server Monitoring.

So, to work out the cost simply find how many servers and PC's you have and multiply using the table above.
For example if your business has 18 PC's and 2 Servers, the total cost would be £260 on Silver and £640 on Gold.
Another example, if you have 10 PC's and 1 Server, the cost is £139 on Silver and £339 on Gold, we also offer a Pay as you go service at just £50.00 per hour.
