We offer immediate help on a 'Pay as you Go' basis
If you have a problem that needs fixing now, give us a call and in most cases we can have someone at your premises within a few hours.
We know computers can be frustrating and they seem to break at the most inconvenient times. We will talk to you in plain English and attempt to solve your problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Our approach is simple. You call us and ask for help, we will then either fix the problem remotely or come to your premises.
For Pay as you go support, our rates are £50.00 per hour. This includes both telephone or on site visits whichever is the fastest way to resolve your particular problem. We have a minimum charge of 1 hour.
